The 2023 Green Dog is crisp, intense and fragrant, loaded with fruits such as green apple, pineapple and mango, accompanied by a delicate perfume of white flowers, fresh herbs and hints of lime and lemon. On the palate it stands out for its fantastic vivacity, a smooth texture and a long finish with hints of mint that leave a pleasant sensation of freshness. A very good vintage with great balance.
A very versatile white wine, perfect to accompany appetizers, rice dishes, seafood, sushi and sashimi and a wide variety of fish.
